WHAT BOUDOIR PHOTOGRAPHY IS ALL ABOUT

I know that making the decision to book your boudoir photography session can be a little scary and a lot exciting. Boudoir photography is more than any typical, everyday portrait session. It’s more than lingerie and sultry imagery. Boudoir is a celebration of you – your personality, your body and your inner beauty. A boudoir session is an amazing experience! It’s glamourous. It’s fun. Its empowering. It’s a day of being pampered and treated like the queen that you are. It's all about YOU.

Since 2003, I have photograph real people. My clients are just like you. They’re moms, brides, teachers, curvy girls, runners, women from every walk of like and EVERY SINGLE ONE IS EXTREMELY NERVOUS! at least in the beginning so you are not alone. They still show up and guess what! they show themselves just how damn amazing they are! 

Boudoir is the complete opposite of cookie cutter! Every woman can and should do a boudoir shoot at least once! The best part about a boudoir session is highlighting the woman you are and showcasing all of your beautiful and amazing traits. We will work together to create awesome, beautiful images that will leave you feeling like you can take over the world.

ABOUT THE STUDIO

My private home studios offers a luxury experience.  Boudoir sessions take place at my studios in Myrtle creek Oregon. I have named my 1900s farmhouse Chateau Collier. lol. It's a humble little farmhouse and I love its character and history. It's the perfect location for boudoir photography because it is a parallel to the history, flaws, achievements, trails and tribulations and growth that all women go through on their life journey!  Just like the women who come into the studio, my home is not perfect, and it shouldn't be! Chateau Collier has its own character Just like you.

Sometimes you will also see us hosting a pop-up special event at various locations or collaborating with other vendors.

 

We are expanding our service area and experience we provide and will be featuring more of these events down the Interstate 5.

HOW AND WHEN TO BOOK YOUR SESSION

​

Scheduling your session 4-6 weeks in advance of when you need to have your products in-hand is recommended. Your fully edited images will be ready to view 1-2 weeks after your session date. We will set up a separate appointment for your viewing. This can be a private viewing via zoom or in person, you can bring some girlfriends to help you choose.

If you are considering booking a session, contact me for a pre consultation first. After your consult if you decide to book, all that is required is the retainer fee. Thats right, there is no obligation to purchase any products.

I will guide you through the entire planning process. I am aware that you are probably unfamiliar with the process of modelling and being photographed in your undies so I will be more than happy to guide in the days or weeks leading up to your shoot.
